Thomas Witt, of counsel in Cozen O'Connor's Real Estate Practice, received the Pennsylvania Legal Aid Network (PLAN) Excellence in Pro Bono Advocacy Award at the organization's Excellence Awards Dinner on September 17, 2026. The award was presented by Regional Housing Legal Services, whose remarks highlighted Tom's dedication to the organization's client community and his pro bono land use and zoning work in support of affordable housing projects

The PLAN Excellence Awards recognize the exceptional efforts of private bar partners, community leaders, and legal aid advocates whose dedication to civil legal work helps improve the lives of low-income Pennsylvanians. The Excellence in Pro Bono Advocacy Award is presented to private bar partners who have demonstrated a commitment to advancing civil legal aid in Pennsylvania.
