Barry M. Klayman and Mark E. Felger, members in the firm's Wilmington office, published an article in the Delaware Business Court Insider discussing the OptimisCorp v. Waite case. The two address Vice Chancellor Donald F. Parsons Jr. finding that the plaintiffs' conduct was "prejudicial to the administration of justice" and had undermined the integrity of the proceedings.
