Developing a brand is a foreign concept to most attorneys, however legal consumers have become much more savvy when it comes to determining whom to hire for legal services. Having a local law office or an ad in the phone book is not enough to guarantee success and most people who need legal services now turn to search engines on computers or smartphones, and the plethora of choices they find can be daunting. This means that individual lawyers, whether in big firms or solo practices, cannot overlook the need to develop their own brand in order to grow their own business.
