EPA Revises PFAS Reporting Timeline to Begin April 13, 2026 [Alert]

The EPA has announced an interim final rule adjusting the PFAS reporting requirements under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).

Esther is an associate in the firm's Environmental law practice. She gained experience as a summer associate with the firm in 2022 and 2023.

Esther earned her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame Law School, where she was an executive notes editor for the Notre Dame Journal on Emerging Technologies. Before law school, Esther served with the Peace Corps of America as a Youth in Development Volunteer in Amazonas, Peru, and she worked as a workforce training coordinator for the City of Philadelphia.
