Matthew Criscuolo practices in the area of complex commercial litigation, handling business disputes involving claims for violation of the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, enforcement of non-compete agreements, product liability, construction, commercial foreclosure, and trust and estate matters. He also represents insurers and reinsurers in complex coverage, claims handling, and bad faith litigation. Before joining the firm in 2013, Matt was an associate at Edwards Wildman.

Matt was recently selected for inclusion in the Florida Super Lawyers - Rising Stars 2014 edition.

Matt earned his J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. While in law school, Matt served as articles editor for the Nova Law Review and as research assistant for two prominent professors. He graduated second in his class, earned seven high-grade awards, and received the ALI-ABA Scholarship and Leadership Award at his law school graduation. Matt received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida.
