Mark Willekes Cronin

Associate

Will focuses his practice on corporate and transactional matters. He has experience in structuring corporate and financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, loans and venture capital investments, as well as in corporate governance and general corporate matters. He represents public and private clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing and insurance.

Prior to joining the firm, Will was a corporate associate with a boutique firm based in Chicago, where he drafted and negotiated purchase agreements, operating agreements, credit agreements, and related ancillary agreements, prepared resolutions and other materials for boards of directors, and supported the day-to-day functions of several client businesses.

Will earned his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, where he was a member of the Chicago Journal of International Law. He earned his B.A. from the University of Chicago, graduating Phi Beta Kappa.
