Brett focuses his practice on business litigation. Before joining Cozen O’Connor, Brett served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Judge Jerrold N. Pulusny, Jr., of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.  

Brett earned his B.A., summa cum laude, from the University of Georgia. He earned his joint J.D./LL.M., cum laude, from Duke University School of Law, where he was an articles editor for the Duke Journal of Comparative and International Law. While in law school, he participated in the Duke-Leiden Institute in Global and Transnational Law and was a summer associate with another Am Law 100 firm.
