Ashley Flynn

Associate

Ashley concentrates her practice on complex litigation, mass torts, and product liability matters, representing companies in federal and state courts, including federal multi-district litigation and state coordinated proceedings. She has experience in every stage of litigation, including fact and expert witness development and discovery, taking depositions, motion practice, Daubert briefing, trial preparation, and mediation.  Her clients have included manufacturers of pharmaceuticals, automobiles, consumer products, and other major multinational companies.

Prior to joining the firm, Ashley was an associate in the Product Liability and Mass Torts group of a leading international law firm in New York, where she represented major pharmaceutical and consumer manufacturers as national counsel in some of the largest multi-district litigations in the United States.

Ashley earned her B.A., cum laude, from the University of Albany and her J.D., magna cum laude, from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she was a senior notes editor of the Hofstra Law Review.
