Emily practices in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department. She aids clients in all aspects of civil litigation. Emily has experience in a variety of areas, including consumer product regulatory work, FDA and USDA compliance; securities and class action litigation; corporate investigations, and complex tort litigation. She works closely with members of the firm to conduct and present Continuing Legal Education courses to clients on the most recent developments in New York’s Law.  

Emily earned her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center and her bachelor’s degree from Villanova University. While in law school, Emily was a legal extern for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Civil Rights; a legal clerk for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration; and a judicial intern for The Honorable Jan R. Jurden, President Judge of the Delaware Superior Court and The Honorable Christopher J. Burke, Magistrate Judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
