Jack focuses his practice on commercial litigation as well as fraud and recovery matters, drawing on prior experience handling first-party property disputes and managing an active caseload through all stages of litigation. His experience includes drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, conducting and responding to written discovery, taking depositions, and appearing at court hearings. He has also prepared case analyses and mediation reports and developed litigation strategies tailored to the needs of each matter.
Jack earned his J.D., cum laude, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he served as an editor for the Journal of Equal Rights and Social Justice. During law school, he served as a clinical intern with the Bet Tzedek Civil Litigation Clinic, where he successfully tried his first case before the New York County Supreme Court. Through the clinic, Jack represented a client seeking parole and helped secure the client’s release after 31 years in prison and six prior unsuccessful parole attempts. He also gained experience as a legal intern with the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office. Jack received his B.S., magna cum laude, from Northeastern University.
