Amanda Giglio

Amanda focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, including matters related to securities law, shareholder litigation, real estate disputes, and governmental investigations. She has experience representing corporations and individuals in federal and state courts across the country. Amanda also maintains an extensive pro bono practice through which she has served clients in impact litigations involving voting rights, transgender rights, and women’s access to health care and in direct representations involving contract disputes and family law.

Prior to joining the firm, Amanda served as a law clerk for the Hon. Nancy B. Firestone, U.S. Court of Federal Claims and for the Hon. Robert W. Lehrburger, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Amanda was also a litigation associate at the New York headquarters of an international law firm where she developed her complex commercial litigation practice. Amanda also served as an extern at Her Justice, representing low-income clients in divorce, child custody, and child support disputes.

Amanda earned her undergraduate degree from Vassar College and her law degree, cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center.
