Emma focuses her practice on commercial litigation in state, federal, and appellate courts, with experience handling contract disputes, business litigation, and insurance defense matters, including construction defect and personal injury claims.
She has additional experience managing and resolving freight claims, business, and employment litigation matters for companies ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 corporations. Her work has also included drafting and negotiating transportation- and employment-related agreements, managing corporate organizational documents, and mentoring junior legal professionals.
Emma earned her J.D., summa cum laude, from Georgia State University College of Law, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif and received the CALI Award for Wills, Trusts, and Estates. She earned her B.A., summa cum laude, from Georgia State University.
