Kyle concentrates his practice on business litigation, counseling clients in a variety of complex litigation matters. He has experience drafting legal memoranda, written discovery, and briefs and is passionate about helping his clients resolve their legal issues and reach their goals. Prior to his role as an attorney, Kyle spent two years with the firm as a law clerk, providing legal research and analysis for the commercial litigation team.
Kyle earned his B.A. in business law from Arizona State University's W.P. Carey School of Business. He earned his joint J.D./M.B.A. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
