Jason Kurtyka

Associate

Jason concentrates his practice on business litigation, counseling clients in a wide variety of complex litigation matters. His clients benefit from his unique combination of experience in both law firms and federal and state trial and appellate courts.

Previously, as an associate in the health sciences group of an Am Law 100 firm, Jason's practice focused on pharmaceutical products liability litigation and False Claims Act and Anti-Kickback Statute investigations.

Most recently, he served as a law clerk to the Hon. Richard F. Suhrheinrich, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the Hon. Michael J. Newman, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Jason also served as a law clerk to the Hon. Mary Gibbons Whipple, New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division.

Jason earned his J.D., cum laude, from Villanova University's Charles Widger School of Law, where he served as executive editor of the Villanova Law Review. He earned his B.A. from Marquette University.
