Anna focuses her practice on business combinations and other complex corporate transactions as well as provides corporate counseling. Anna frequently represents founder-led companies in sale transactions. She represents foreign businesses in establishing U.S. operations, advising them on acquisitions, investments, and operations.

Anna has been recognized for her outstanding legal contributions throughout her career. In 2019, she was the recipient of Immigration Equality’s Safe Haven Award for her excellence in pro bono representation. Anna has also been a recipient of Lexology’s Client Choice Award 2022, 2021, and 2018, and has also been recognized by the International Law Office for her outstanding client service.

Cozen O’Connor Represents Albaron Partners in First Private Equity Exit in U.S. Podiatry

PHILADELPHIA, January 9, 2024 — Cozen O’Connor advised Albaron Partners, a middle-market private equity firm focused on founder-led health care companies, in its sale of Albaron Podiatry Holdings LLC d/b/a Beyond Podiatry, a leader in the management of podiatric medicine in the Midwest, to CUC Inc. The deal represents the first private equity exit in U.S. podiatry history.

Cozen O’Connor Advises United Hydrogen Group, Inc. in Sale to Plug Power, Inc.

United Hydrogen is one of the largest privately held merchant hydrogen producers in North America. The company operates a manufacturing plant in southeast Tennessee with a capacity to produce 6.4 tons of liquid hydrogen daily, with plans to expand to 10 tons per day.
