Arianna concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, business competition, corporate governance, shareholder direct and derivative actions, securities violations, intellectual property infringement, and product liability.
Arianna attended Villanova University School of Law on a full merit scholarship, where she graduated third in her class. She received commencement awards for receiving the highest grades in the business organizations and transactional legal writing courses and for providing the most significant contribution to the Civil Justice Clinic. Arianna was also Managing Editor of Production for the Villanova Law Review, which published a case brief she authored in Volume 62 and was a teaching assistant for property and legal writing courses. Arianna served as an in-house legal intern for a global fleet management company, and as a judicial intern to the Honorable Magistrate Judge Elizabeth T. Hey of the District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
