Arianna concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, corporate governance, securities fraud, intellectual property infringement, and product liability.
Arianna attended Villanova University School of Law on a full merit scholarship, where she graduated third in her class. She received commencement awards for providing the most significant contribution to the Civil Justice Clinic and for receiving the highest grades in the Business Organizations and Transactional Legal Writing courses. Arianna was also a property and a legal writing teaching assistant and the managing editor of production for the Villanova Law Review, which published a case brief she authored in Volume 62.
During law school, Arianna served as an in-house legal intern for a global fleet management company and as a judicial intern to the Honorable Magistrate Judge Elizabeth T. Hey of the District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
