Arianna McLaughlin

Associate

Arianna represents clients in a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters, including actions for breach of contract, corporate governance, trade secret misappropriation, securities fraud, professional negligence, and products liability. Her multijurisdictional practice includes the representation of Fortune 500 entities and she has experience in all stages of the litigation process, from pre-complaint investigations through appeals.

Arianna serves as the co-vice chair of the Associates’ Committee and is actively involved in firm recruiting.

Arianna attended Villanova University School of Law on a full merit scholarship, where she graduated third in her class and Order of the Coif.  She was the recipient of three commencement awards: the Raynes McCarty Award for Excellence in Legal Writing, the Herman J. Obert Award for receiving the highest grade in the business organizations course, and the Joseph R. Wenk Award for providing the greatest contribution to the Civil Justice Clinic.  During law school, Arianna served as a teaching assistant for both the Legal Writing and Property courses and as the Managing Editor of Production for the Villanova Law Review, which published a case brief she authored in Volume 62.  She also worked as an in-house legal intern for a global fleet management company, a judicial extern to the Honorable Magistrate Judge Elizabeth T. Hey of the District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and a summer associate at Cozen O'Connor.
