Ben Migliorino is an experienced litigator who focuses his practice on prosecuting large property damage claims involving fires, floods, mechanical system failures, sprinkler system failures, product defects, construction defects, and other tort and contract claims.  Ben is licensed to practice in Colorado, North Dakota, and South Dakota, and has litigated cases in state and federal court in more than a dozen states across the West and Midwest. 

Ben first joined Cozen O'Connor in 2007 and worked in the Philadelphia office before moving west in 2009.  After six years serving the Denver community as a full-time public high school teacher (teaching law and mock trial), he resumed practicing law and rejoined Cozen O'Connor in 2017 in the Denver office.  

Ben earned his Bachelor of Science from The Pennsylvania State University in 2004 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame in 2007.
