Tithi focuses her practice on corporate law matters and supports a range of transactional work, with experience in emerging business and venture capital matters, mergers and acquisitions, and nonprofit organizations.
Tithi graduated magna cum laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she served as staff editor of Temple Law Review and senior editor of the Temple 10-Q Business Law Magazine. She also completed a year-long judicial externship with the Honorable Chief Judge Ashely M. Chan of the U.S. bankruptcy courts.
Before law school, Tithi worked as a consultant and market researcher at a New York-based corporate and political strategy group and at the College Board. She earned her B.S. in international economics from Georgetown University's Walsh School of Foreign Service. She is fluent in Gujarati.
