Adam focuses his practice on private wealth services, trusts, and estates. He works on a variety of transactional, litigation, and tax compliance matters representing institutions and individuals. Adam counsels a diverse client base, including families and stakeholders on estate planning and business succession. He has broad experience drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and nuptial arrangements. Adam also represents individuals, corporate fiduciaries, and institutions in the administration and litigation of complex estates and trusts.
Adam received his undergraduate degree from Villanova University and his law degree from Temple University School of Law.
