Dasha focuses her practice on commercial litigation, bringing experience in constitutional litigation, complex business disputes, public law, and strategic counseling for municipal and private clients.
Dasha has effectively litigated a broad range of sophisticated matters, including cases involving novel and significant constitutional, jurisdictional, and/or regulatory issues. Her experience also includes complex class actions arising out of defective products, financial fraud, and securities-related allegations. Dasha litigates in both state and federal court and advises clients through all stages of litigation in matters presenting nuanced legal and strategic considerations.
Committed to pro bono work, Dasha also has experience handling child custody cases for low-income clients.
Dasha earned her J.D. cum laude from the Seattle University School of Law, where she received the CALI award in Torts and was a staff editor for the Seattle Journal of Technology, Environmental and Innovation Law. During law school, Dasha served as a legal extern to Associate Chief Justice Charles W. Johnson of the Washington Supreme Court. Dasha received her B.A. from Yeshiva University.
Dasha is fluent in Russian and proficient in Hebrew.
