Daniel Harrington has been appointed to serve as co-chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) Committee on Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility for 2016-2017. Dan previously served as a co-vice chair of the committee for the past two years.

The PBA Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility committee responds to requests of any PBA member concerning the impact of the provisions of the Rules of Professional Conduct or the Code of Judicial Conduct upon the member’s prospective conduct. To learn more about the PBA, click here.
