The American Employment Law Council Twenty-First Annual Conference is being held on October 11-13, 2013 in Santa Barbara, Calif. The annual conference is an intensive three-day seminar, where senior partners in major law firms and top in-house counsel share defense techniques and other tips. This year’s conference will feature a panel discussion moderated by Sarah Kelly of the firm’s Labor & Employment Practice Group. The title of the discussion is “The Ethics Dilemma: Offering Courageous Advice When Officer or Board Level Misconduct Allegations Exist.”
