"What Happens after the Duty to Defend has been Breached?" will examine recent developments in case law and identify discrepancies between jurisdictions surrounding the challenges that remain after a breach of the duty to defend has been established. The panel will examine the following topics: When is a carrier’s duty to defend extinguished? Can an insurer raise coverage defenses after a breach?
