Mark Vacha, a member of Cozen O’Connor’s Public & Project Finance Practice Group, will be speaking on a panel at the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association annual conference. Mark’s presentation, “Bond Financing: Recent Developments in Securities and Tax Law and Enforcement,” is intended for authorities with outstanding bonds or those who may be issuing bonds in the near future. The presentation will offer a summary of recent SEC and IRS regulatory and enforcement developments, as well as a discussion of how to respond to investigation or enforcement inquiries from these regulators. The conference is an opportunity for administrative officials, solicitors, engineers and consultants to exchange ideas and experiences.
