Michael Klein, a member of Cozen O’Connor’s Energy, Environmental & Public Utilities practice group, will be speaking on a panel at the ABA’s webinar, “Current Legal Challenges in Energy and Water Infrastructure Development.” The panelists will discuss the legal challenges various infrastructure projects currently face from political opposition and regulatory agencies. Michael will specifically discuss the challenges water infrastructure projects face, including aging infrastructure, the lack of public appreciation for infrastructure and difficulty funding needed capital expenditures.
