Michael Klein, member of Cozen O'Connor's Utility, Environmental & Energy practice group, will discuss the legal issues surrounding lead in public drinking water at the Pennsylvania American Water Works Association's (PA-AWWA) Annual Conference. Michael will specifically discuss the legal issues of lead in drinking water after the water crisis in Flint, Michigan, and the public outcry in response.
