Suzanne S. Mayes, chair of Cozen O’Connor’s Public & Project Finance Practice Group, will participate in a panel discussion titled “The Muni World Strives for Self-Regulation.” The panel will address the enhanced disclosure and transparency rules adopted to date and whether such changes warrant continued self-regulation. The discussion will also touch upon whether heightened regulations will improve, or kill, the municipal bond market and if the increased regulations protect issuers and investors as is the objective.
