David will moderate a session is titled "The Rising Tide of Marine Insurance and its Cornerstone Doctrine of Utmost Good Faith" and will cover what you need to know as the line between marine insurance and commercial insurance moves inland. Michael will present on a panel titled "What's on the Horizon for Additional Insureds?" This presentation will discuss how the Deepwater Horizon decision affects, and may affect, additional insured coverage.
Other topics to be covered include "Express and Implied Warranties" and "Everything You Need to Know about the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act of 1953."
