Larry Laubach, chair of Cozen O’Connor’s Corporate Practice Group, will be speaking at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s seminar titled, “Big Changes Coming for LLCs, LLPs, LPs and GPs.” The seminar will discuss the impact of Act 170, which recently went into effect and represents a comprehensive revision to the existing laws of partnerships and limited liability companies. Larry and his co-presenters will discuss the implications of the new law and offer insight into the implications of Act 170 on businesses.
