Melissa Brill and Laura Dowgin, of Cozen O'Connor's Global Insurance Department, will present a webinar titled, "Who is an Additional Insured? What Insurers Need to Know." This webinar will provide an overview of courts' views of additional insured endorsements, indemnification obligations and priority of coverage issues between the different insurers' policies at play in the construction industry. For example, after there is an accident, at a job site, many entities may be sued. The issue then arises as to what order the policies should be responded to. The presenters will give examples that will provide clarification of the ideas discussed in the webinar.
