Michael Klein, a member of Cozen O'Connor's Utility, Environmental & Energy Practice Group, will serve as the keynote speaker at the 2018 Water Works Operators Conference. Michael's presentation, "A Reflection on the Past and a Glimpse into the Future of Water Regulation," will discuss the evolution of the regulation of drinking water from the 1970's to present, and what is in store for the future.
