An Update on Restrictive Covenants – The Trend to Restrict Enforceability and Expand (Criminal) Liability

Date & Time

Start Date: 02/18/2021
Start Time: 1:00 pm
End Time: 2:00 pm EST

The past couple of years have seen a trend with states passing legislation or engaging in executive action to limit the enforceability of non-compete/non-solicit agreements in many circumstances. Even more recently, there has been an uptick in liability – and, particularly, criminal liability – with no-poach agreements entered into between companies. This webinar will discuss the current legal landscape and trends with restrictive covenants, and provide practical guidance for companies to protect their business interests and also avoid civil and criminal exposure.
