Aaron Krauss will speak on the panel, “How to be – and be recognized as – a first chair trial lawyer in a world of implicit bias.” He will discuss how to recognize and neutralize implicit biases, the best practices for marketing yourself, and how to use affinity groups. Aaron is also the coordinator of this program.

Josephine Bahn will speak on the panel, “You just became a parent. Now, what do you do, and how do you continue to practice law and stay sane while doing it.” Jo will discuss how to set limits and expectations properly, how to care for yourself without feeling guilty, and how to ask for help.

Sarah Schlossberg will speak on the panel, “Ethical Considerations in Addressing Inappropriate Attorney Behavior.” Sarah will discuss identifying inappropriate behavior, the best ways to deflect, and when to report the behavior to your firm and the bar.
