Richard Kalson will present “Construction Project Management: How to Avoid Problems, Claims, and Disputes” at the 35th Central Pennsylvania Geotechnical Conference. Rick will provide an overview of various techniques that all project personnel can use to resolve issues as they arise and minimize the likelihood of litigation at the end of the project. He will also discuss issues such as unforeseen conditions, changed work sequences, notice, change orders, and payment.
