Nathaniel Simons, Cameron D. Young, and Taylor Bendt of Talbott Associates will present a Cozen O'Connor webinar titled "Inadvertent Range Activation: Subrogation Handling, Investigation, and Strategy."

This webinar will examine accidental stovetop range activations, an increasingly common cause of residential kitchen fires, and the safety risks created by modern range control design. The presenters will discuss how design changes can fall short of consumer expectations and minimum standards, creating challenges for insurers and the insurance market. The webinar will explore how investigation choices, scene examination and documentation can lead to subrogation recovery. The presenters will review topics including range and knob design, UL regulations, pre-loss fact gathering, laboratory testing, human factors, discovery strategy, common defenses, and the current landscape of litigation and recovery challenges.

CE is approved in FL, TX, NC, GA, WV, and DE.

CLE is approved in PA, NY, TX, IL, NV, and CA.

CE/CLE information will be collected when you join the webinar.
