Richard Kalson will present “Legal Considerations with Artificial Intelligence Surrounding the Construction Industry” for the Foundation and Marine Contractors Association of New England. Rick will discuss the actual and potential legal dangers inherent in the use of artificial intelligence in the construction industry and how to address these new challenges. He will also cover mitigation of AI risk, AI’s impact on the work of design professionals, the creation and implementation of AI policies, and best practices for AI use in the industry. In addition, he will discuss the dangers of AI in hiring and termination processes, as well as indemnification provisions.
