Jeannette Aucoin will present “Section 211 Reports and High Conflict Parenting Issues” at the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia’s Navigating High Conflict and Difficult Issues in Family Law 2026. Jeannette will cover key considerations related to letters, documentation, preparing clients for assessments, and other pre-assessment issues. She will also address commonly used terminology such as alienation, diagnosis, testing, and intimate partner violence (IPV), along with practical challenges that arise in high conflict matters, including client delays and responding to assessment recommendations.
