Cozen O’Connor has been ranked among the top law firms for trademark filings in the CSC Trademark Insider Year-End 2007 List. The list ranks law firms according to the number of U.S. Patent and Trademark Office applications in which the firm is listed as the legal representative. Cozen O’Connor ranked 62nd out of 200 national law firms for trademark filings in 2007, rising 23 spots from last year's 85th place showing. Cozen O'Connor was also ranked the #1 Philadelphia firm with the highest number of trademark filings of any firm in the city. In addition, Intellectual Property Practice Group chair Camille M. Miller was named one of the Top 50 Trademark Attorneys in the country, and the firm won a Trademark Insider Award for its top performance in the region. Awards will be bestowed at this year's International Trademark Association Annual Meeting.
