Cozen O’Connor has been ranked among the top bond counsel in Pennsylvania and New Jersey by Thomson Financial for 2007. The rankings, in which the firm earned second place in Pennsylvania and third place in New Jersey, were based on volume by principal amount. “Our public finance group is very active on many types of bond financings on behalf of issuers, borrowers and underwriters in the Middle Atlantic region,” said Cozen O’Connor member and co-head of the firm’s public and project finance practice Suzanne S.
