Sunday, April 19, 2015

Debra Friedman, a member of Cozen O’Connor’s Labor & Employment Department, discusses the EEOC’s recent Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, which describes how the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) applies to employer wellness programs that are part of group health plans.
