Steve Silton, a member of Cozen O'Connor's Corporate practice group, discusses the recent Minnesota Wild case against daily fantasy sports on Law360.  Steve, an attorney for the hockey team, told Law360 on Thursday that the motion to dismiss is deserving of sanctions. “We’re going to win this motion and we’re going to bring a Rule 11 motion as well,” Steve said. “We believe the motion was advanced in bad faith.”
