Stephen Pate, of Cozen O'Connor's Global Insurance department, interviewed with KCBS radio, located in San Francisco, California, about insurance policies on marijuana grows in the fire zone. During the interview Stephen discussed how it is becoming less common for insurers to not insure marijuana growers even though it is illegal under federal law.
