Philadelphia, October 17, 2017 — Ira C. Gubernick, vice chair of Cozen O’Connor’s Corporate Practice Group, was selected for the Philadelphia Business Journal’s inaugural “Best of the Bar.” Gubernick is one of only 40 attorneys selected for this honor from approximately 200 nominations. Honorees were selected based upon the significance of their legal achievements over the past 18 months, including negotiating notable transactions that had a significant business impact in the community.
Gubernick represents clients spanning from large corporations to middle-market businesses and emerging companies in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising events, joint ventures, and general corporate counseling. His work also extends to advising clients on strategic transactions and corporate governance.
