Baltimore Voters Test Resistance to Privatization

Michael Klein, a member of the firm’s Utility, Environmental & Energy Practice, is quoted in Bloomberg on a ballot measure that, if approved, would prevent the city of Baltimore from selling its government-owned water and sewer system.

"This would be the first major city to basically say we're not in the market for this," said Michael. "It’s fair to say that a lot of different groups on all sides are watching what’s going to happen in Baltimore."
