Monday, October 22, 2018

Michael Schmidt, vice chair of Cozen O'Connor's Labor & Employment department, discussed with the New York Post how companies can improve the behavior at holiday parties. Michael thinks you should try these ideas: Give out drink tickets so you limit boozing; "have a time limit for drinking and don’t let folks do shots or other high-octane drinks.
