'OK, boomer:' Gen Z's new rallying cry

Joseph Sirbak spoke with CBS 58 about using the phrase "OK, boomer" in the workplace and why it is not okay to say. Sirbak said, "what the speaker intends is not what's critical. It's how the recipient understands what's being said. And the phrase OK, boomer can be understood by the recipient as an ageist term."
