Susan Eisenberg was quoted in SHRM discussing the challenges employers face with employees working from home during the COVID-19 pandemic. "Many people are working from home for the first time," said Susan. "Some really like it." Susan said these are the two best objective reasons for denying requests to telecommute:

  • The business needs of the company require that the person in the position work in the office.
  • Only those without disciplinary incidents may work from home.
