Ken Levine Named to the Federation of Regulatory Counsel Board of Directors

WEST PALM BEACH, FLA., January 2, 2020 — Ken Levine, co-chair of Cozen O’Connor’s Insurance Corporate & Regulatory Practice, has been elected to the Federation of Regulatory Counsel (FORC) board of directors, representing the southeast region of the United States. Founded in 1988, FORC promotes the common interest of legal counsel who represent insurance companies before insurance regulatory bodies. FORC’s membership is made up of 150 attorneys who must meet high member standards and be recommended by insurance executives from unrelated companies.

Ken advises insurance industry clients from across the United States on regulatory, licensing, and corporate matters. He represents clients on a range of issues, including insurer; reciprocal; captive; producer; managing general agent; administrator; and service contract, home warranty and auto warranty provider licensing, and compliance across the country.
