Leni Cummins and Jennifer Miller discuss whether boards can require employees hired directly by the condo or co-op to get a COVID-19 in order to maintain employment in The Cooperator. According to Leni and Jennifer, existing collective bargaining agreements may already allow a board to implement a vaccination policy.

If not, Leni and Jennifer indicate that boards “will more than likely need to bargain such implementation with the union to comply with the requirements of the National Labor Relations Act.”
