Attys Want In-Person Bargaining, But Zoom Likely To Persist

Daniel Johns spoke with Law360 discussing virtual negotiations with unions during COVID-19. "At this point in the pandemic, there's no question that there's more of an interest by both unions and management to try to get back to real, as opposed to virtual, bargaining tables," said Daniel. "There's a trend toward that, although the omicron uptick has peeled that back a little bit."
